HD Weddel began his education career in the classroom where he served as a teacher and coach for 25 years. He then transitioned to administration for 10 years , five as an assistant principal and five as a principal. He has worked in the middle school, high school and college teaching and administrating for the past 35 years. Building culture through collaboration, communication, and motivation has been a drive for HD and he would love to share  his thoughts and insights with  other educators as we all work together in the highest of callings.
