Shelly Reggiani serves as the Executive Director of Equity and Instructional Services for the North Clackamas School District.  Instructional Services is the advocacy arm of instruction in North Clackamas and it is our role to be the voice for those who historically have not had a place at the educational decision-making table. She and her team support English Learners, Title 1 schools, migrant students, students with talented and gifted learning needs, Bilingual arent Engagement and community outreach, Dual Immersion programs, Title 9 supports, Counseling and Social Servies, and the equity professional development needs for the district.  Supporting schools with the resources, coaching, and services they need to close the opportunity and achievement gap for students is our top priority.  In addition to her work in North Clackamas, she has served on the COSA Equity Advisory Board, the COSA OACOA Board, and on the Education Consortium for the Graduate School of Lewis and Clark College.
