As school leaders we are charged with setting a vision and direction toward meeting these needs. Unfortunately, leadership often can mean isolation and we get accustomed to living in silos. Meeting our own needs for professional development has been in the past difficult and it is hard to argue that we need support that is right now and on-going in order to foster innovative change.
