We are seeking a passionate and experienced Varsity Boys’ Basketball Head Coach to lead our program! This is an exciting opportunity to mentor student-athletes, develop a competitive team, and develop a positive and disciplined basketball culture.
Qualifications:
✔ Must be 21 or oder
✔ Completed AESP Certification
✔ Holds and maintains a current First Aid/CPR Card
✔ Coaching experience at the high school level or higher (preferred)
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Commitment to player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
✔ Knowledge of game strategy, conditioning, and skill development
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, staff, and community
Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and oversee all aspects of the varsity basketball program
✔ Conduct practices, game preparation, and in-season/possible off-season training (summer league)
✔ Support academic success and character development of student-athletes
✔ Work with assistant coaches and lower-level teams to build a strong program
✔ Coordinate with athletic staff for scheduling, equipment, and compliance
