The Medford School District is seeking experienced administrators to apply for the position of Senior Executive Director of Teaching and Learning. Temporary 1.0 FTE 260 day position to begin July 1 (or sooner based on candidate availability) with potential to become permanent position after the 2025-26 school year. Annual Salary $172,000 plus a generous benefit package that includes mileage, a monthly cell phone stipend and a 5% salary contribution into a TSA. Previous experience as a principal and district level (Director level or above) administrator required. The Senior Executive Director of Teaching and Learning is responsible and accountable for leading, managing, and supervising the educational programs and functions of the Medford School District. To fulfill the goals and mission of the programs of the Medford School District, this position functions to provide vision, leadership, and direction to all employees within the division.
