QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s Degree or higher
● Hold or be able to obtain an Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
● Hold an endorsement in Social Studies
● Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
● Start Date – August 2025
● 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
● 2025/26 school year base salary $47,048 – $87,523 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

▪ Total insurance benefit package of over $21,000 annually
o $500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance

o TSD9 covers the full 6% for PERS retirement
