Position:
North Douglas School District is accepting applications for a High School Language Arts Teacher for the 2025-26 school year.
Qualifications:
• Must hold or qualify for an Oregon Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements in Language Arts; preference given to currently licensed individuals.
• Knowledge of Language Arts curriculum aligned to Oregon Content Standards.
• Ability to understand and facilitate instruction through curriculum software such as Lexia
• Ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural high school.
• Ability to develop lessons that prepare students for academic and social success.
• A positive role model for the school/community.
