Salary Range:      $125,000 - $145,000
Contract Days:    225 days (to begin 2025-26 School Year)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Plan, direct, and administer all human resource functions for the District including employee recruitment, staffing, compensation and employee benefit programs, labor relations activities, staff development programs, and personnel record systems.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or the equivalent. Oregon Professional Administrator License highly recommended.
Five (5) years of progressive responsibility in staffing and hiring, contract negotiations and contract management, development of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures preferred.
Highly successful school administrative experience or other qualifications the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
pHCLE or other Human Resources certifications preferred; or the ability to attain Human Resources certifications.
Skill in staff professional development assessment, strategies and methodologies.
Strong understanding and history of establishing effective and harmonious relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community.
Ability to provide direction to others and to make independent judgments.
