Michele Wiberg leads the sales and marketing efforts at PMA Financial Network – a company that focuses on providing financial services and expertise to school districts across the country.

Michele has spent over 32 years in finance, navigating her way through a male-dominated field and achieving a position on the executive team at PMA. Michele is passionate about empowering the leaders around her and has worked hard to elevate the women on her team. Michele is happy to roll up her sleeves and use her voice to help continue to put the right talent in the right seats. This work is ongoing as Michele is all too often the only female with a seat at the “big table”. As one of the female leaders that reports to her noted, Michele takes on battles and is fearless and resolute in her decisions.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration, both from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In her free time, she also became a yoga instructor as she believes that there is no problem that can’t be solved on the yoga mat.
