Caitlin Sullivan is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Leading Now, an initiative to support K-12 superintendents in politically complex environments so they can advance their commitment to all students.  Her background includes serving for nearly a decade at the Achievement Network (ANet), a national education nonprofit that works alongside school and system leaders to support high quality instruction for students in under-resourced communities. Prior to ANet, Caitlin taught middle school science.  A Boston native, Caitlin lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two young children.
