We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team with a focus on reporting, database management, and support for web applications. The ideal candidate will excel in systems analysis, database management, and providing collaborative support for existing systems while ensuring the development of efficient reporting and analytics solutions. This role involves optimizing internal systems, developing comprehensive reports, and maintaining the current web applications used by the District.

GENERAL DUTIES:
Execute the rapid design, prototyping, development, and testing of innovative and scalable applications supporting internal and external customers of the District. Serve as a member of a team to develop creative solutions to optimize instruction and operations. Prepare technical documentation for systems.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree with preferred emphasis in Computer Science or Information Systems, or the equivalent level of education, technical certifications, training, and experience
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
Knowledge and experience in specific areas related to software development
Training and experience in current programming languages
Experience developing scalable applications using structured, iterative development methodologies
Experience developing complex SQL queries
Experience with MSSQL
Experience programming with file systems, server architectures, and distributed systems
Experience in writing clear and concise software documentation and technical correspondence
Experience in presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the District
Experience working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Four (4) or more years of systems analysis/database management experience
Aptitude for collaborative application support, internal system maintenance, database structures, and structured programming practices and techniques (ASP.NET, C#)
Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, Qualtrics, and Data Warehouse/Analytics
