QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Valid Oregon Teaching License through Teacher Standards & Practices Commission
Endorsement in Elementary- Multiple Subjects
Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
Highly organized teacher that leads with their heart
Deep understanding of MTSS for academic supports
Ability to deliver high quality reading, math, and SEL interventions
Ability to collect and share data for collaborative decision making
Passion for guiding students towards achieving their highest potential
Ability to establish exceptional working relationships with staff, students, and parents
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Estimated start date – August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 – $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
