Join us for an engaging and insightful pre-conference workshop designed specifically for leaders and district/school-based teams interested in growing their collective understanding of Oregon’s Early Literacy Framework and Playbook. This pre-conference workshop aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools to champion early literacy, with an emphasis on grades K-2.

Participants will explore evidence-based strategies to support young children’s reading development, understand the critical role of leadership in early literacy, and discover ways to engage families and communities in fostering a love for reading. Through interactive sessions, case study examples, and collaborative discussions, you’ll leave with practical ways to implement and promote early literacy in your own setting at the highest levels.
