This one-day pre-conference will be an opportunity to spend time learning and planning together in person around immediately relevant topics — in a low risk, interactive, and fun networking setting. This pre-conference is divided into modules and includes the following topics:

• Online and In-Person Meeting Safety with a Focus on Public Input
• Proactive Reputation Management and Positive Storytelling
• Create Your Own District-Specific Equity Messaging

You'll leave with tools and resources in hand that you can bring to your board and staff to improve the start of your school year and feel more prepared for ongoing challenges your district may be experiencing with communications and safety.
