POSITION OPENING
POSITION TITLE: High School Social Studies/English Teacher
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach in a junior high and high school setting. Other Opportunities: Coaching and Athletic Director opportunities may be available for qualified candidates as well.
QUALIFICATIONS: Hold or be eligible for Oregon Teaching Certificate with a Social Studies/English endorsement. Applicants may be given preference for additional endorsements
SALARY: The current salary range is $42,652.00 to $82,124.00.
CONTRACT LENGTH: The current length is 188 days

STARTING DATE: August 27, 2024
The average class size is less than 10 students. Powers is also starting a 4 day school week next year, so there will be fewer commutes and less student contact days.
