Bandon School District is seeking an educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Schools starting in the 2015-16 school year. The successful candidate must have experience as an educational leader and administrator with proven leadership skills, fiscal management experience, bargaining experience, and excellent employee relation skills. Preferred candidates will demonstrate experience as a superintendent. Must have a passion for kids and for the mission of a K-12 small rural district, and a desire to maintain a high level of community involvement.
