Sutherlin School District #130 is now accepting applications for a Grant Funded Special Education Teacher - LRC (K - 2 grades). It will begin with the 2024-2025 school year. Contract is approximately 190-days; salary range is $48,468 to $82,723.
Applicant must hold or be qualified for an Oregon Teaching License with an endorsement for special education at the elementary level. Candidates may also have to qualify for additional endorsements in core subject areas. Experience with students of varying handicapping conditions such as intellectual disabilities, autism, and learning disabilities. Preference for those candidates who are knowledgeable about Response to Intervention and Positive Behavior Intervention Supports and Secondary Transition.
