Upper Elementary Teacher (Grades 4-6)

Job Description: The teacher is responsible for curriculum, classroom management, parent relations, and special services. Ridgeline is a public Montessori school.

Required Qualifications:
Oregon teaching license or Montessori Elementary training, and
Willingness/ability to attend school-sponsored summer training in 2019 if not credentialed for Montessori Elementary II
Experience teaching upper elementary school students (grades 4-6)
Ability to differentiate and to be creative and responsive to student needs

Preferred Qualifications:
Montessori Elementary training, and or
Experience as an assistant in a Montessori classroom
Deep understanding of child development

Salary: $32,022 - $38,402 DOE + benefits
