*General Information

Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Instructional Assistant - Speech/Language (Certified) Bilingual - position; bilingual Spanish required. This position requires certification from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Successful candidate will work as a member of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 187-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Polk Center in Monmouth, OR and will begin August 22, 2025.

*Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications

Provides speech-language services to children and students with communication disorders
under the direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

*Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Classified position represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
Placement on the Willamette ESD Classified Salary Schedule Range 16, Step 1-6; ($22.88-$29.26 per hour) will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience. *Salaries shown are based upon 2022-2025 classified bargaining agreement; and are subject to change based upon the outcome of new collective bargaining agreement.
