Vale School District is seeking a dynamic instructional leader to serve as the Principal of Vale Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking a collaborative, data-driven educator with a strong background in instructional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using student data to drive academic growth, supporting educators in utilizing research-based instructional practices, and fostering a positive school culture. Vale Elementary School serves a diverse student population of over 400 students in grades K-6. Our school community includes students from various backgrounds, with a growing population of emerging bilingual learners. As part of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), all students receive free breakfast and lunch, ensuring that every child has access to nutritious meals to support their learning.
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon TSPC Administrator license.
