Ashwood SD # 8 is looking for a Head Teacher!
Ashwood Elementary School is a two-room school in rural Ashwood, Oregon, approximately 45
minutes from Madras, Oregon. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about student
success, enjoys working independently, and wants to work in a quiet, quaint
environment. Ashwood has a 4 days a week school schedule. Student enrollment average per
year is less than 10 students Education enrichment for students abounds with district curriculum
and natural settings. This unique position will be teaching multiple grades and subjects curating
materials to meet the needs of the students while meeting district and state guidelines.
