General Information
Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Research Analyst & Application Developer position. Successful candidate will work as a member of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 250-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin as soon as possible upon conclusion of the selection process.

Salary and Benefits
- This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Classified position represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD Classified Salary Schedule Range 25, Step 1-6; ($35.51-$45.38 per hour) will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience.
- Willamette ESD supports payment for health, dental and vision insurance premiums for eligible employees. Employer-paid PERS, holidays, sick leave, and personal days are also provided to eligible employees.

JOB SUMMARY
The Research Analyst & Application Developer researches, analyzes, audits and reports financial, statistical and/or computer related information, both internally and externally to organizations including but not limited to school districts; Oregon head starts; and government agencies such as the Oregon Department of Education and the Department of Early Learning and Care. Directs other technical personnel in software principles and systems architecture; relational database concepts; and object-oriented programming techniques which are applied to program design. Prepares documentation, reports and manuals for technical and non-technical audiences.
