The Dufur School District Board of Directors is seeking an experienced and visionary instructional leader with an understanding of rural education needs to serve as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2025. The successful candidate will have a strong student focus, unquestioned integrity, a willingness to collaborate with staff and engage with the community, fiscal management skills, and an academic drive to oversee high-quality education programs and foster student excellence.
Location: Dufur, Oregon | Enrollment: 360 students
Salary Range: $130,000 to $145,000 annually, plus benefits
