Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a part-time (24 hours per week) Threat Assessment Consultant - Limited Duration position. Successful candidate will work as a member of the School Safety Team, part of the School Improvement Services Department, and will follow a 187-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin as soon as possible upon conclusion of the selection process and will end on June 10, 2025.
Salary and Benefits
- This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Classified position represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD Classified Salary Schedule Range 27, Step 1-6; ($39.20-$50.13 per hour) will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience.
- Willamette ESD supports payment for health, dental and vision insurance premiums for eligible employees. Employer-paid PERS, holidays, sick leave, and personal days are also provided to eligible employees.
JOB SUMMARY
Manages all aspects of threat assessment including: training, monitoring program quality, goal setting, data collection and analysis, promoting program services, and serving as a central point of contact. Participates on relevant multidisciplinary and multiagency teams that address student safety issues: suicide prevention, assessment and management of student threat.
