Requirements are: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Childhood Education or a related field and at least 3 years of experience directly teaching children and planning and implementing instructional methods and programs for students.
Duties include: Prepare and submit grant proposals, Review, evaluate and improve upon preschool programming, Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records; regulations, Establish policies, procedures, and programs to carry them out, Promote the school in outreach efforts, Confer with parents and students as needed, and Teach classes and provide direct care to children.
