QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Valid Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
• Endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Estimated start date – August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
• 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
• 2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 – $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

o $140/month contributed to HRA VEBA to help offset out of pocket medical expenses
Total insurance benefit package of over $21,000 annually
o $500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance
