The Instructional Coach position is an opportunity to impact instruction throughout South Prairie School. The Instructional Coach will coordinate Professional Learning Communities and will support teachers and other staff to maximize the quality of instruction and student success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Valid Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
• Endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Estimated start date – August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
• 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
• 2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 – $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
