Temporary Elementary Teacher, 2024/25 School Year Only

This temporary position will be assigned to different classrooms throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Valid Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
Endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects
Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Estimated start date – August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 – $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

$500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance

TSD9 covers the full 6% for PERS retirement
