Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Specialist II administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activities including compliance with HR laws and regulations, recruiting, screening and testing of applicants. This employee must hold in confidence those materials and conversations of a confidential nature and in particular those relating to the collective bargaining process.
