The New Principals Academy provides relevant, just-in-time information and learning rooted in equity and designed to support K-12 Principals.
Participants receive mentorship and professional support from OESPA and OASSA Executive Committee members, COSA staff, and regional experts.

Cancellation Policy:
Failure to cancel 72 hours in advance of event will result in 50% charge of registration fee. No-shows will be charged the full event fee.
The seminar includes the Special Education Fall Conference, the Law Conference, and the 2025 COSA Seaside Conference at no additional cost. You must be an active COSA member. We can also issue certificates of completion if you have attended 80% of the sessions, including the monthly meetings.
