• Paul Gorski website: Paul is the founder of the Equity Literacy Institute and EdChange. He has 20 years of experience helping educators strengthen their equity efforts in classrooms, schools, and districts
• Shelly Reggiani, Executive Director, Equity & Instructional Services in the North Clackamas Schools, Milwaukie, Ore., received the 2020 AASA Women in School Leadership Award in the central office/principal category. In a short video, she said she tries to live an example for other women who wish to grow their careers in education.  
• Gustavo Balderas was named 2020 National Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators at the organization’s National Conference on Education in San Diego.   In this short video, Gustavo Balderas, Superintendent of Eugene School District, delivered remarks upon accepting the 2020 AASA National Superintendent of the Year award.
