The Oregon School Law & Finance Seminar (a separate pre-conference event) is a two credit course designed for out-of-state administrators who are applying for an Oregon Administrator License. This two credit course is held in conjunction with the Oregon School Law Conference and meets the TSPC law and finance requirements for out-of-state administrators. Click here to register for this course. Registration for this event is separate from the main conference registration.

Mark Walsh, Contributing Writer at Education Week
Mark Walsh covers school law as well as media coverage of education. Mark began working at Education Week in 1988 and has been a reporter, associate editor, and the assistant managing editor for federal policy before assuming his current role. He is nationally renowned for his coverage of K-12 issues before the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a regular contributor to the SCOTUS Blog, ABA Journal, and other publications. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
