Speakers:
- Ilean Clute, SFO Ilean Clute is a seasoned financial expert with over 11 years of experience in school district budget and finance. As the Director of Finance and Operations for the Forest Grove School District, Ilean oversees the District’s $223 million budget and manages Student Transportation, Facilities and Nutrition Services for the District serving 5,800 students. Being raised in Forest Grove, the community holds a special place in her heart.
- Mike Schofield, CMA Mike Schofield is currently the Associate Superintendent for Business at Beaverton School District with oversight of the district’s $1.8 billion budget. Mike has spent over 35 years in school finance working in Forest Grove, Gresham-Barlow and at Northwest Regional ESD. Throughout his career, Mike has worked to streamline the budget process and partnered with district leadership and school boards to ensure financial stability.
- Brett Yancey, MPA Brett Yancey is currently the Chief Operations Officer in Springfield Public Schools with a student population of 11,000, 20 school facilities and 7 district buildings. Brett has 29 years of experience in school district finances and operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of finance and operations and has served on the OASBO, OEBB and PACE boards.
