Morgan Allen, Deputy Executive Director of Policy and Advocacy, COSA 

Prior to coming to COSA, Morgan was at the Oregon School Boards Association for six years.  During that time, he regularly interacted with and supported superintendents and other administrators. 

Morgan previously served as the legislative director for the Oregon Department of Education, legislative advisor for the House Democratic Caucus and policy director for the non-profit organization Tobacco-Free Coalition of Oregon. 

A native Oregonian, Allen grew up in Albany. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in history and politics from Willamette University. He currently lives in Portland with his wife, daughter and yellow lab.
