Len Reed is currently the Associate Director of Human Resources at Tigard-Tualatin School District. She is a former building administrator in several California and Oregon school districts. Employee Experience and Performance and Creating an Inclusive Workplace are priorities in her work.  Len is a strong believer that people, not programs, make the greatest impact on student achievement. She's the OrABSE (Oregon Alliance of Black School Educators) Board Secretary and Chair of the AASPA (The American Association of School Personnel Administrators) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Sharing time with family and her two pugs, Fiona and Lucy, is how she enjoys spending her weekends.
