Jayne Ellspermann has been in education for over 35 years serving as principal for 25 years at the elementary, middle, and high school level. She has served in leadership roles in state and national organizations, led conference and workshop presentations, and publishing articles on school leadership. She has been married to David for 39 years. They have two daughters, two son-in-laws and five grandsons. Her passion is empowering others to excel beyond their perceived potential. She believes the most important responsibility she has is to surround her students with the best teachers and nurture a school culture where everyone can grow.
