Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Spanish. She has a Master’s degree in Special Education and both Educational Leadership licenses. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Special Education. Erica’s teaching background is with individuals who experience multiple and complex disabilities, with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorder. She is currently the Special Services Director for the Mt. Angel School District where she supports all students who require additional services to access general education. This is Erica’s 13th year in a district office position supporting special programs.
