Becky Welts, Regional Director, Oregon - Becky Wells has been a public educator for 41 years before retiring in 2019. She joined the Cognia team in 2020. Her experience spans from special education teacher to superintendent roles in rural and urban districts in Eastern Washington. Ms. Wells has served as an ESD legislative representative, member of NAFIS (National Association of Federally Impacted Schools) advocating in our Nation's capital and been the recipient of the WASA ESD 105 Student Achievement Leadership Award in 2012 and 2019.
